Product Recall Procedure

At 24 HR Bud Delivery LLC, we are committed to consumer safety and product compliance. This Recall Procedure outlines the steps we take to quickly and effectively remove any product that may pose a risk or does not meet regulatory standards.

A product recall may be initiated for any of the following reasons:

• Failed laboratory testing (including Total THC non-compliance)
• Contamination (microbial, pesticide, heavy metals, etc.)
• Mislabeling or packaging errors
• Consumer complaints indicating a safety concern
• Notification from a supplier, manufacturer, or regulatory authority

Recalls are classified based on risk level:

• Class I Recall: Reasonable probability that use of the product may cause serious health consequences
• Class II Recall: Temporary or medically reversible adverse health effects
• Class III Recall: Product is unlikely to cause harm but violates regulations

Upon identification of a recall issue:

• Immediately stop sale and distribution of the affected product
• Identify all affected batches/lots using inventory and sales records
• Isolate and secure all remaining inventory
• Notify management and compliance personnel

We will notify all relevant parties, including:

• Customers who purchased the affected product (via email, phone, or SMS when available)
• Suppliers and manufacturers
• The Texas Department of State Health Services, if required

Notifications will include:

• Product name and description
• Batch/lot number
• Reason for recall
• Instructions for return or disposal

• Customers will be instructed to return or safely dispose of affected products
• Returned products will be logged and securely stored
• All recalled products will be destroyed or handled in accordance with state regulation

We maintain detailed records of all recalls, including:

• Dates and actions taken
• Quantities distributed and recovered
• Communications sent
• Final disposition of products

Records are retained in accordance with Texas regulatory requirements.

Following a recall, we will:

• Investigate the root cause
• Work with suppliers to prevent recurrence
• Update internal procedures if necessary
