All hemp products offered comply with the 2018 U.S. Farm Bill and Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) rules, containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis.

• Deliveries are available only within approved Texas service areas.
   
• Customers must present a valid ID at the time of delivery or pickup.
   
• If you are not available to receive the order, additional delivery fees may apply.
   
• If your address is outside our delivery zone, you may pick up your order at:

All sales are final.
Due to product safety and state hemp regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of opened or used products.
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email 24hrbuddelivery@gmail.com within 24 hours for assistance or replacement options.

They are not evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
